Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

By agreeing to arbitration, you waive your right to a jury trial or to participate in class action litigation. Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not subject to arbitration will be resolved in the courts located in Poway, California.
